With simple exercises, we support people of all ages in fully developing their potential.
Based on our many years of positive experience with reflex therapy, we have developed a program that provides each individual participant with balance, calmness, and inner peace.
Using balance movements specifically developed for this purpose, it is possible to balance stressed primary reflexes even within a group setting. LiBRA® combines several methods in their essence into a light, efficient program that is both enjoyable and effective.
LiBRA® can be applied as balance movements in groups or individually.
LiBRA® is suitable for all age groups. Whether in school, leisure activities, sports, or even high-performance contexts for adults, the balance movements support efficient movement patterns and improved coordination.
Primary reflexes trigger our first movements in the womb through external stimuli. They are involuntary, automatic, and identical in all humans. Reflex movements already support growth, as well as neural and muscular development during the embryonic stage, and later play a role in the birth process. In the following months of life, reflexes are essential for the upright posture development.
In parallel with reflex development, vision, hearing, sensation, thinking, action, balance, coordination, and perception evolve. By approximately three and a half years of age, all primary reflex movement patterns should be harmonized. Movements then become voluntary and are no longer automatic responses to external stimuli.
This maturation process can be disrupted by external factors before, during, or after birth.

Age-appropriate introduction of participants to the topic, first group connection, and orientation. Explanation of the program structure for the upcoming sessions and assessment of unbalanced primary reflexes.
Implementation of movement and reflection modules specifically developed for LiBRA®.

A shared closing circle in the form of the LiBRA® Happiness Session, followed by a reassessment of the matured primary reflexes.

We and our reflex and centering therapists work in the field of reflex support as independent trainers, therapists, or coaches, and not as medical doctors or licensed healthcare practitioners. The services offered are not medical or naturopathic treatments; they are intended solely to promote health, personal development, and neurological maturity. The use of these services does not replace a visit to or treatment by a physician, licensed healthcare practitioner, or registered medical therapist. No diagnoses are made, no promises of healing are given, and no medications are administered or recommended. In particular, no conditions requiring medical treatment are addressed.
Please note: For a healthy person, reflex therapy and coaching do not pose any risk. In the case of existing diagnoses, consultation with the treating physician is recommended prior to participation. Please inform us about your health status, any ongoing medical, naturopathic, psychological, or psychiatric treatments, as well as any current medication intake.
