KinFlex® Kinesiological Reflex Therapy brings together several proven therapeutic approaches, refined through many years of practical experience, into one highly effective method.
It gently releases stress and supports deep centering on both a physical and emotional level—especially where challenges originate from early childhood reflex development.
Ideally, reflex therapy begins in childhood.
However, even in adulthood it is possible to establish a strong, stable foundation and restore inner balance.
Primary reflexes initiate our very first movements in the womb in response to external stimuli. They are involuntary, automatic, and universal in all humans.
These reflex movements support growth, as well as neurological and muscular development, even before birth, and later play a key role in the birth process itself. In the months that follow, primary reflexes are essential for the natural process of upright posture and motor development.
Alongside primary reflexes, essential abilities develop hand in hand: vision, hearing, sensory awareness, thinking, movement, balance, coordination, and perception.
By around three and a half years of age, all primary reflex movement patterns should ideally be harmonized. Only then do movements become consciously controlled rather than automatic responses to external stimuli.
This natural maturation process can be disrupted by stressors before, during, or after birth.
We explore personal history to identify what truly matters and help put the core issue into words.
A gentle muscle response test is used to identify which primary reflexes are still active or under stress.
The identified stressed reflexes are addressed using kinesiology-based techniques.
Specially developed Tovalence exercises are combined with KinFlex®’s own bilateral brain-balancing music.
Movement exercises that engage all senses, combined with eye movements and bilateral music, support deep neurological integration.

We and our reflex and centering therapists work in the field of reflex support as independent trainers, therapists, or coaches, and not as medical doctors or licensed healthcare practitioners. The services offered are not medical or naturopathic treatments; they are intended solely to promote health, personal development, and neurological maturity. The use of these services does not replace a visit to or treatment by a physician, licensed healthcare practitioner, or registered medical therapist. No diagnoses are made, no promises of healing are given, and no medications are administered or recommended. In particular, no conditions requiring medical treatment are addressed.
Please note: For a healthy person, reflex therapy and coaching do not pose any risk. In the case of existing diagnoses, consultation with the treating physician is recommended prior to participation. Please inform us about your health status, any ongoing medical, naturopathic, psychological, or psychiatric treatments, as well as any current medication intake.
